Job Description

  • Maintain and organize company files, including trade licenses, agreements, and official
  • letters, etc.
  • Maintain and update staff records such as visa copies, passport copies, employment
  • contracts, leave documents, etc.
  • Organize project documentation including tender documents, drawings, renders, site
  • photos, etc.
  • Manage commercial documents such as invoices, quotations, proposals, etc.
  • File and manage sensitive and confidential documents securely and professionally.
  • Communication & Correspondence
  • Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and redirect as necessary.
  • Maintain a correspondence log for incoming and outgoing letters, proposals, quotations,
  • and invoices.
  • Screen and respond to emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate
