We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Data Entry and Operations Representative. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, loves learning on the go, and is eager to take on increasing levels of responsibility.You will be the critical link between our clients and the operations team, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and clear communication throughout the workflow. You?ll also manage data entry tasks with accuracy and contribute directly to the operational success of the company.Key Responsibilities:Communicate directly with clients to understand and document task requirements.Coordinate with field operation teams to ensure timely execution of client requests.Accurately input, update, and maintain operational data in internal systems.Monitor task progress, follow up with relevant stakeholders, and report on status.Identify workflow issues and propose improvements.Be proactive in taking up additional responsibilities as the company grows.Who You Are:Patient & Calm Under Pressure: This role requires a lot of back-and-forth coordination.
