Roles & ResponsibilitiesMTG Acoustics is looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate will assist management with administration, document control, customer communication and office coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day office administration.Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence.Prepare quotations, letters and company documents.Organize and maintain filing systems.Coordinate meetings and appointments.Support HR documentation and employee records.Coordinate office supplies and vendors.Assist management with reports and presentations.Maintain professional communication with clients and suppliers.RequirementsDesired Candidate ProfileBachelor?s Degree or Diploma.3?5 years of UAE experience in administration or office management.Excellent communication skills in English.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Immediate joiners are preferred.
