Administrative Assistant

Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors to the laboratory

Maintain and organize laboratory files, records, and documentation including test reports, client files, and quality records

Prepare and format correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as requested

Assist with data entry and maintain accuracy of information in laboratory databases

Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries

Monitor office and laboratory supply inventory and place orders as needed

Assist with sample registration and documentation as directed by laboratory supervisors

Support quality assurance activities including filing of calibration records and test methods

Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars for management staff

Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks including expense tracking and invoice filing

Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing
