We operate 100% online, making financial services simple, reliable, and accessible for modern entrepreneurs.The OpportunityWe are expanding our accounting team and looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant who understands UAE regulations and can manage accounting for multiple clients in a fast-paced, digital environment.Your main responsibility will be maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring VAT compliance for UAE-based businesses.Your Role:Full-Cycle AccountingManage the complete accounting cycle for client companies, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Financial ReportingPrepare and review key financial statements such as Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss, and assist with Cash Flow reporting when required.VAT CompliancePrepare VAT returns, perform VAT reconciliations, and ensure correct VAT treatment for various transactions including services, goods, imports, exports, and digital services.Bank & Account ReconciliationPerform regular bank reconciliations and verify accounting accuracy across systems.ERP & Accounting SystemsWork with accounting platforms such as Zoho Books, Odoo, QuickBooks Online, and potentially Xero.Client CommunicationInteract with clients to collect financial information, clarify transactions, and explain accounting matters in a clear and professional way.Accounting AnalysisIdentify discrepancies in financial data, investigate issues such as mismatched balances or VAT inconsistencies, and ensure proper accounting treatment.
