Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including income and expenses.
Monthly & Annual Audits: Conduct internal audits, prepare financial statements, and ensure that financial practices comply with local and international standards.
Income & Expense Tracking: Monitor financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation and classification of expenses and income.
Tax & VAT Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, including VAT returns and other statutory financial obligations.
Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of all financial accounts, bank statements, and credit card statements.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit/loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Internal Control & Risk Management: Review internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
Audit Support: Assist with external audit processes and provide requested documentation to auditors.
Budget & Forecasting: Work with the finance team to help create and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
