They will maintain a strong pipeline, build key relationships, and consistently meet revenue targets. KeyResponsibilities? Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.? Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct compelling product demos and presentations tailored to the prospect's needs.? Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target companies.? Needs Assessment: Understand the prospect's business challenges and position Octa's solutions to address their needs effectively.? Proposal and Contract Management: Create and deliver customized proposals and quotes. Manage the negotiation and contract signing process.? Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using our CRM system and provide regular status updates.? Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to customer and to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.? Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance metrics.? Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.Requirements? 3-5 years in a sales role, ideally in SaaS or Fintech, with a focus on accounts receivable or financial services.? Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred. SkillsSkills:? Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ?
