We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support HR operations and employee lifecycle management.? Position: HR Coordinator? Key Responsibilities:•Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records•Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and orientation for new hires•Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases•Assist with payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management•Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws•Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and HR reports•Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries?
