We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with strong expertise in project scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting for large-scale projects? Job Title: Planning EngineerDivision: Planning & Cost Control – Major ProjectsDepartment: Project ControlLocation: Qatar? Key Responsibilities:•Support the Senior Planning Engineer in planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules•Review and oversee development of baseline schedules by EPCC contractors•Monitor project progress against approved schedules and critical paths•Track physical progress, earned value, and schedule performance metrics•Validate contractor progress reports and prepare management presentations•Review resource histograms, manpower plans, and allocation forecasts•Assess schedule risks and analyze impacts of variations and scope changes•Support claims analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) evaluations•Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure schedule alignment•Maintain accurate planning records, reports, and lessons learned documentation•Ensure compliance with company policies, Integrated Management Systems, and HSE regulations? Requirements :•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline•Professional certifications in planning or project controls are an advantage•Minimum 7 years of experience, with 3–5 years in major or large-scale projects•Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project•Experience working with EPCC contractors and complex project schedules•Sound knowledge of earned value management and progress measurement techniques•Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills?
