Key Responsibilities:•Support the CEO in strategic planning, hospital operations, and organisational leadership•Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure clinical, operational, and financial excellence•Drive performance improvement initiatives across departments•Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and policies•Collaborate with medical, administrative, and support teams to enhance patient care quality•Lead change management initiatives and support hospital growth strategies•Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and risk management activities?
