We are seeking an experienced Project Control Engineer to support major project delivery through effective cost, schedule, and performance control.? Job Title: Project Control EngineerLocation: Qatar? Key Responsibilities:•Support the Senior Project Control Engineer in monitoring project cost, schedule, and progress performance•Review and oversee development of detailed project schedules by EPCC contractors•Perform critical path analysis, float management, and resource loading•Track physical progress, earned value, and schedule performance indicators•Validate contractor progress and cost reports; prepare presentations for senior management•Assist with budget planning, cash flow forecasting, and cost control strategies•Monitor actual costs, commitments, and accruals against approved budgets•Analyze cost variances and trends using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques•Evaluate cost and schedule impacts of scope changes and variation orders•Support assessment of claims and Extension of Time (EOT) requests•Conduct schedule and cost risk assessments and recommend mitigation actions•Maintain accurate project control records, reports, and lessons learned•Ensure compliance with Integrated Management Systems and HSEQ regulations? Requirements:•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline•Professional certification in Project Controls / Planning / Cost Engineering is an advantage•Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with 3–5 years in major or large-scale projects•Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project control tools•Hands-on experience in cost control, EVM, budgeting, and cash flow management•Experience working with EPCC contractors on complex projects•Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills?
