To join team and ensure an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.Key Responsibilities:– Supervise daily front office operations and assist team members when needed– Handle guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and payment processes– Anticipate guest needs and resolve service issues promptly– Coordinate with Housekeeping, Bell Service, and other departments– Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and reporting– Train, coach, and motivate front office staff to deliver outstanding serviceWhat We’re Looking For:-Previous supervisory/front office experience in hospitality (Marriott experience is a strong advantage)-Strong leadership and communication skills-Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., OPERA) is an advantage-Professional appearance and guest-oriented approach-Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficientlyLocation: Manama, Bahrain
