Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Assistant Store Keeper to support daily store operations, ensure inventory accuracy, maintain hygiene standards, and assist in dispatch and receipt of materials.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Store Supervisor and manage responsibilities in their absence.Ensure store hygiene, housekeeping, and cleanliness are maintained to the highest standard.Oversee receiving (PRNs/GRNs), stock management, and return processes.Supervise safe loading/unloading of raw materials and finished goods.Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and report dead stock.Handle raw material issuance, data entry in ERP system, and coordination with quality and production teams.Perform regular stock checks and support food safety standards.Requirements:Education: DiplomaExperience: Minimum 3 years in a similar roleGood understanding of store operations, documentation, and ERP systems.If youre detail-oriented and ready to contribute to a fast-paced warehouse/store environment, we’d love to hear from you.
