About the Role:Xenon is seeking a highly organized, responsible, and service-oriented Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fitness studio. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth studio management, excellent client experience, and effective team coordination.Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality to all clients and guests.Manage class bookings, scheduling, and studio operations.Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and ensure all transactions are processed accurately.Prepare and submit monthly financial reports and handle basic accounting tasks.Support fitness instructors in ensuring a smooth and professional class check-in process.Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in all studio activities.Respond to all incoming calls, messages, and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Promote and educate clients about Xenon’s services, membership options, and merchandise.Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to ensure a cohesive and high-performing environment.Qualifications:Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role; experience in a fitness or wellness setting is an advantage.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Basic knowledge of financial reporting and accounting.Ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute positively to a team environment.MUST BE IN BAHRAIN.
