What we are looking for:• Design, cut, sew, and tailor garments based on measurements and specifications.• Give proper instruction about alterations of dresses to tailors.• Work with various fabrics, including delicate materials like silk, wool, and leather.• Ensure garments are perfectly fitted, both for aesthetics and comfort.• Create patterns or modify existing patterns to fit specific needs.• Lead and supervise a team of tailors, seamstresses, and apprentices.• Train junior tailors in advanced techniques, including stitching, pattern making, and fabric handling.• Oversee the quality of work and ensure that all garments meet the shops standards.• Assign tasks to the team and ensure that deadlines are met.Requirement• 3 to 4 Years of experience in the related field• Good Communication skill• Must be able to handle work pressure and complete the task on time
