Job Tasks:????????Prepare the grounds to make sure that requirements are met ???????Document all processes and procedures for initial certification & any upgrades with certificates???????Conduct internal audit & set action plans for gaps, if any for breaches from system or improvements ???????Coordinate external auditor visit & prepare the grounds to ensure that there will be no gaps / breaches /non-conformities???????Analyze requirements, conduct gap analysis and set systems to meet the standard for certification ???????Generate product specifications from the system, review & approve for customers???????Review and approve Conformity Statements required by the EU / legally required????????Handle Customer Complaints; conduct root cause analysis, issue corrective actions and adjust processes / procedures, where necessary
