Job Description

The Mall Operation Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a shopping mall in Al Farawaniyah, Kuwait. This position requires a blend of leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills to ensure that the mall runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience while maximizing revenue and maintaining the property?s value. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including tenants, service providers, and the local community, to create a vibrant shopping environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily mall operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase foot traffic.
  3. Manage relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  4. Coordinate maintenance and facility management to ensure a safe and clean environment for visitors.
  5. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  6. Plan and execute promotional events and marketing initiatives to drive sales and engagement.
  7. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
  9. Lead and mentor the mall operations team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  10. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform operational decisions.
