Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the daily site activities of BMS technicians and subcontractors.Review and interpret technical drawings, BMS schematics, and wiring diagrams.Ensure correct installation of 1st , 2nd and 3rd fix items ( i.e. Conduits , wiring , control panels, sensors, actuators, and related BMS components).Assist in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of BMS systems.Monitor progress and report daily activities and issues to the BMS Engineer or Project Manager.Maintain proper documentation including red-line drawings, material usage, and testing records.Coordinate with other disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Fire, etc.) for smooth integration.Provide technical support and guidance to team members.Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available and in good working condition.Attend site inspections
