Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Gather and input date in database, and verify accuracy of valuable company information
Review data for errors or redundancies, make corrections, and check outputs
Research information needed for completing documents with minimal oversight
Generate reports, store outputs in database, and perform backups
This position requires well-versed knowledge of document making, data sorting, and extracting useful information from the pool of data. The person needs to be an expert in Microsoft Office Excel (formula, editing, design, etc). The work is to complement the company affairs and operations.
7am to 4pm (Sunday ? Thursday) / 7am to 12pm (Saturday) with regular Saturday off every three weeks
