Job Description

JOB PURPOSE: To retain and win back MAGNATIs SME Merchant Accounts across the UAE and achieve annual Merchant Sales Volume (MSV), Revenue, Commission targets from the Existing and New merchants and Portfolio. The person is expected to retain existing merchants, cross and upsell various products such as POS, E-commerce, portal etc. Collect target rentals for POS/Ecom, make welcome calls, drive utilization, Reactivate Non-Transacting & Low Performing Merchants. Customer Maintenance & Service.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Generic AccountabilityProactively call the merchants and maintain relationshipRetain all existing merchants in the portfolio by addressing service issues and re-negotiate commercials where requiredWin back attrited merchants, increase Magnatis wallet share from merchants shared with competitionResponsible to achieve target Merchant Sales Volume(MSV) annuallyMake welcome calls to newly on-board merchants. VRO to introduce themselves as a point of contact along with a formal email communicationTo plan, manage and grow assigned portfolio of SME Merchants.Cross and Upsell different products such as POS, E-com, Portal, Super surprises etcRelationship management for assigned Merchant Accounts and end to end ownership of each account.Work closely with the internal teams to resolve merchant issues.Proactively manage portfolio against variances and/or competitor activityWork proactively with technology and merchants to meet changing customer needs and requirements.Maintain safeguards and administer personnel policiesEnsure to abide by the compliance programs that monitors obligations towards external parties including & not limited to Regulatory / Card scheme / PCI DSS rules & regulationsPeriodical fraud awareness training across all relationship.Job Specific AccountabilitiesRetain merchants from losing to competition.Achieve Merchant Sales Volume and commission target from assigned portfolio with the appraisal cycle.Ensure increase in opt-in ratio in DCC at potential merchants to improve DCC revenues by giving continuous feedback to top DCC merchants on potential revenue opportunitiesTo increase MAGNATIs share across all DUAL relationships.Drive profitable growth of New & existing merchant portfolio.Liaise with Chargeback team to ensure minimum chargebacks in the respective portfolio.Job Context Specific Accountability QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Minimum QualificationBachelors degree in Information Technology / business or related discipline.Minimum Experience2 years relevant experience in the banking sector in similar positions or 2 years experience in portfolio management and customer service tole.
