• Designs, plans, and implements system and network architectures that are high performing, scalable, fault tolerant, secure, and compliant.
• Provide support and guidance for the Enterprise Infrastructure environment.
• Solution design for Enterprise services managed services, IT infrastructure architecting, messaging, enterprise application sizing and designing infrastructure for applications like Core banking, Delivery channels, Payment Systems etc.
• IT Infra architecting for Tier-I / II / III applications.
• DC-DR solutioning from Infrastructure Point of View.
• Manage and orchestrate diverse teams of experts - internal and vendors.
• Bring in the best practices for - cloud, virtualization, WAN optimization etc. while optimizing the TCO.
• Ensure the implementation of security policies at infrastructure level.
• Work towards reduction MTF and MTTR concerning the IT infrastructure.
• Utilize state-of-the-art, best-in-class tools, techniques, and methods to deliver service delivery management related presentations to peers, leadership team, executives, and operation teams.
• Present service delivery strategies, business outcome to all levels of Injazat management.
• Establish, develop, and manage relationships within Injazat business eco system based on trust and ability to meet commitments.
• Recommend the budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of forecasted costs and revenues areas of underperformance are identified and opportunities to improve performance are capitalized upon.
• Manage departments staff and teams by planning their utilization, communication, overseeing their performance, recruitment, training, and development to ensure high levels of engagement and competence.
• Motivate ones own team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment.
• Recommend improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.
• Prepare MIS statements and reports pertaining to department to meet INJAZATs and the departmental requirements, policies, and standards.
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

• The candidate must hold a bachelors degree in Engineering / technology or equivalent

• The applicant must have a minimum of 10 years of experience out of which at least 5 years experience in product/project management.

• Proven track record of strategizing and designing IT networks & Infrastructure for financial services institutions.
• Proven Experience in IT Infrastructure sizing and capacity planning.
• Strong working knowledge of networking technologies.
• Strong Working knowledge of Virtual Architecture (VMWare, HyperV, VDI,).
• Strong working knowledge of SAN environments. Design, Administration and Support.
• Proven experience in managing and facilitating the mix of internal teams and external vendors as a part of product buildout.
• Strong team building and people management skills are a must.
