As the Executive Recruiter you will work as part of the HR team for a global consulting business based in Dubai offices, the role will involve 80% recruitment and 20% office administration duties.Client DetailsThe client is a global & progressively growing business based in the heart of Dubai, this role will be reporting directly to the talent manager and working very closely with internal stakeholders.DescriptionThe Key responsibilities will include:Handling an in depth recruitment process for a global organisationAll aspects of internal recruitment and handling up to 50+ candidates at any one timeSourcing, headhunting and screening candidatesDiary schedulingManaging internal vacancies and keeping hiring managers updatedArranging and attending university fairs to recruit fresh graduatesAdvertising internal roles and managing the administration for all internal recruitmentBasic office administration and coordination dutiesCoordinating office socialsManaging high volume roles with fast turnoverProfileThe Successful candidate will have/be1-2 years experience in recruitment or HR at the start of their careerWell organised individual with a pro active working ethicProfessional and has a strong ability to liaise and interact with corporate professionalsConfident working in a fast paced environmentSelf sufficient and happy to take initiative to work alone as well as part of a teamHappy with a role that involves 80% recruitment 20% admin dutiesJob OfferA Salary level of 14,000AED- 18,000AED + additional company benefits
