Job Description

BackgroundA senior Human Resources Advisor is needed for a Development Cooperation Programme in Jordan, to provide expertise in the development of HR policies, setting up organizational structure and developing strategic Human Resources plans.?Responsibilities:The responsibilities of the HR Manager include but are not limited to the following:

  • Preparation of high-level reports on Human resources
  • Setting up and implementing Human Resources recruitment strategy
  • Human Resources administration and following up on daily activities
  • Operational support; procurement, events coordination, travel services and insurance services.
  • Prepare templates for human resources documents
  • Implementing full employment cycle; recruitment, conducting interviews preparation of employment contracts, etc.
