Purpose of the job:Complete Treasury department daily tasks.Position Responsibilities:The successful applicant is responsible for:

Executing all payments to vendors/employees via bank direct and SAP (payment factory) on time.ÿ
Downloading incoming payments from bank system and recording them on SAP (using the correctÿ
ÿcustomer code), and making sure that we have all supporting documents for cash, check transfers.ÿ
Posting Journal entries related to all bank transactions (vv. ki, Treasury money transfer and
pooling transfers)ÿPosting the customs refund check accounting entry.
Recording all bank details for our new vendors and employees in SAP based on our guidelines.
Preparing Daily and Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
