With offices in Jordan, UAE and Iraq, our logistics operations span even further to more than 10 countries.Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of goods from suppliers to customers. In this role, you will coordinate shipments, track inventory, and work closely with warehouse staff, carriers, and sales teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and cost-effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of automotive parts and vehiclesManage relationships with freight carriers, negotiate rates, and resolve delivery issuesTrack inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to prevent stockouts or overstockPrepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and delivery confirmationsMonitor order status and proactively communicate delays or changes to customers and internal teamsMaintain accurate records in the warehouse/logistics management systemReconcile shipping discrepancies and process returns or damaged goods claimsTo Apply: Submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining why you are a good fit for this role.SkillsQualificationsPrior logistics, supply chain, or coordination experience (automotive or wholesale industry preferred)Bachelor's degree is required.
