Job Description

A work-from-home position for a Remote Sales Representative / Admin ? Reputation Agency for the MENA region.We are an online reputation management agency operating across the MENA region and the United Kingdom. We are hiring a remote Sales Representative based to engage business owners across the Gulf, present our services, handle their questions, and close them as paying clients.This is a primarily written role. Most outreach, presentation, and closing happens in conversational messaging. Some voice calls are expected (warm-lead consultations, internal team check-ins, training sessions), but there are no field visits and no high-volume cold calling. Full scripts, pricing collateral, daily lead lists, and AI-assisted tooling are provided. You focus on the conversation and the close; we handle the rest.Responsibilities:- Engage qualified Gulf business owners in professional written conversations- Qualify their interest in our reputation management services- Sign up clients (send description, payment link, onboard)- Maintain accurate records in our shared CRM- Hit daily activity and quality targetsCompensation:USD 500?1,000 per monthPaid in USD, on time, every week (end of week)Working hours:Monday to Saturday, shift aligned to GST+4 business hours. Sundays off.SkillsRequirements- Fluent English, native Arabic- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, BPO, telesales- Comfortable working Dubai business hours (Monday?Saturday)- Own laptop, stable internet, quiet workspace, smartphone- Calm, professional tone in both writing and speech, comfortable jumping on a voice call with a warm lead or your team, short 15-minute discovery call with the client.
