We offer a range of activities and facilities designed to stimulate creativity, encourage physical activity, and foster social interaction among children of all ages.Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Play Area Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, safety, and cleanliness are maintained at all times. They will also be responsible for managing a team of staff members and implementing strategies to enhance the overall experience for our young visitors and their families.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of all play area staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment, and oversee the ordering and replenishment process as needed.
  • Ensure all play areas and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times, in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of birthday parties and special events, including but not limited to booking party packages, liaising with clients to customize party themes and activities, arranging catering and cake services, coordinating with entertainment vendors (such as clowns, magicians, or character appearances), and ensuring all details are executed seamlessly to create memorable experiences for guests and their families.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new attractions or enhancements to existing ones.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
