? Assumes the responsibilty as the Company representative on the tug with ultimate onboard authority to take all the decisions in-relation to securing & maintaining safe ship operations and for effective environmental protection.? Provides tug assistance, for the berthing & un-berthing of vessels, wither alongside the jetty or at the offshore mooring, ensuring that all operations are carried out in strict compliance with the Safety Management System and Company HSE policy.? Ensures the tug remains seaworthy and compliant by undergoing regular status and classification surveys.? Maintains preparedness for the first line emergency response by ensuring fire fighting, oil spill and other equipment & materials are fully operational & available.? Supports diving team by facilitating their surface ad sub-sea inspection and maintenance operations.? Completes and submits regular administrative and activity reports, detailing findings and recommendations for management consideration.Qualification Required? Master unlimited.? Crowd management course.? Crisis management course.? SSO course (Passenger Safety, Cargo Safety and hull integrity).? ECDIS.? FRC Fast rescue boat courseExperience Required? Minimum 2 year's experience as Harbour Tug Master.? Experience of berthing and un-berthing tankers, preferably in petroleum ports. That is push, pull, static tow, escort towing and so.? High Speed Craft or Passenger vessels experience is required.? DP vessels experience is required.
