Currently our company is looking to hire an individual in the capacity of R&D Manager who can bring his experience and knowledge in product development and quality assurance. The person will be responsible to ensure and monitor product quality and quality assurance system along with the following responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: ? Design and develop new products as per regulatory and statutory requirements ? Improve existing products with regards to quality improvement and development? To ensure and implement product compliance system ? To provide training and awareness to employees to bring in improved product quality? Ensure new products conforms the standards of ISO, HACCP, and other related certification requirements ? Review and be involved in implementation and development of safety & quality policies ? To be able to inspect and monitor plant and workplace sanitation to ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO and related standard requirements? To recommend and act where necessary to ensure food safety and product standards? To investigate customer complaints and prepare reports on food quality to relay to senior management ? To conduct and analyze quality parameters ? To ensure finished products meet company quality standards Candidate Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s/Master?s in Food Technology/Nutrition Science ? 7-10 years of proven & relevant experience in R&D, Product Development and QA? Experience in Quality Inspection and Audit required ? Mandatory Experience in ISO 22000, HACCP and related certifications ? Strong Technical Skills and intimate knowledge of food ingredients functionality? Certified in Basic Food Hygiene Training ? Experience in handling of similar products is mandatory ? Should have relevant and extensive industry-specific knowledge ? Should have knowledge of tools and methodologies use & implementation for Quality Assurance ? Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
