We are looking for a Technical Manager? Overall leadership and responsibility of the technical design team of the Scaffolding and Formwork division? Having expertise in the planning, design, fabrication drawing of special steel parts related to formwork systems.? To schedule the workload of designs required for ongoing work at the site, getting approval from consultant/client and ensuring the proper implementation.? Ensuring timely submittal of scaffolding & formwork drawings and calculations.? Ensuring proper utilization of formwork materials as per stock availability at the yard.? Assist the drought man/Team leaders to prepare all formwork & scaffolding related drawings and BOQ for the sales team.Roles and Responsibilities ? Manage the preliminary schemes for temporary works such as formworks, staging works, scaffolding works, and shoring works for a project according to the material availability, type of project and the optimum utilization of the materials to achieve the required productivity. ? Prepare the required designs according to structural load and formwork/scaffolding materials and to assist the draftsmen to prepare detailed schemes, assembly and fabrication drawings. ? Support the project site team for the successful implementation of supporting works as per the approved scheme drawings. ? Assist the site planning department to prepare construction planning document in terms of formwork design and planning. ? Assist the logistics management team for the availability of system formwork inventory. ? Manage the Design team in UAE and Overseas.
