Job responsibilities:Manage all operational activities and functions through a team of specialist clinical and operational staff and shall have particular responsibility for the management of nursing support, clinical support and therapy services.Implement systems and procedures to facilitate the growth of patient admissions which will include the development and management of relationships with regulators key healthcare providers and other agencies.Implement specialized clinical programs (such as wound care, diabetes, CVA, mother/baby, vaccination, disease management).Ensure the company?s operations produce necessary outcomes to support preeminent quality and safety of patient services and are in compliance with regulations governing medical facilities in the KSA and the rules of accrediting bodies (including but limited to Joint Commission International Accreditation) by initiating changes where required and maintaining all necessary facility licensures.Job requirements:A HAAD licensed nurse manager with over 10 years of clinical experience and at least 3 years management experience.A strong communicator with good oral and writing skills in English & Arabic.A Bachelors or Master?s degree in Nursing.
