Job Description :Urgently looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.Job Details:?Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise.?Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary.?Participate in service education through daily line-ups, quarterly menu meetings, and new server training programs.?Assist the Executive Chef in training the kitchen staff to produce meals promptly in accordance with Ace standards.?Assist in filling any open positions with qualified internal or external candidates.?Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen facilities.Job Requirements:?High School Diploma.Two years experience in same field.?Excellent organizational skills.?Outstanding communication skills.Well skilled in same or relevant field.
