The Employee agrees that his duties and responsibilities may evolve.Structuring and incorporation of financial and non-financial companies (mainly in the Dubai International Financial Centre and the Abu Dhabi Global Market Place);Drafting of corporate documents and related agreements;Drafting of various manuals and policies, including but not limited to Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and Risk Policy;Assisting the Head of Office and Board of Directors (as requested) in the micro-management of the Company;Assisting the Head of Office and Board of Directors (as requested) in the training of employees.
