Job Description

We are looking for Section Head for UAE.General SummaryPlan and organize resources and activities to ensure Finished goods and semi-finished products are handled with an objective to ensure uninterrupted production process and efficient dispatch of finished goods to customers and maximize losses arising from material handling activities. Arrange and manage resources including developing, implementing and maintaining system for smooth, safe and cost effective handling of Finished and semi-finished goods.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)? Organise resources and activities with an objective to efficient & Safe collection, transportation and stacking of Finished goods and semi-finished goods for uninterrupted production processes? Develop, implement and maintain systems and practices for cost effective and efficient material handling activities.? Ensure Rolling Mills and Sales targets are met by efficient loading of dispatch vehicles and feeding of required billets to rolling mills.? Ensure sectional expenditure is with in approved budgets? Coordinate and monitor contractor activities for fulfilment of contractual obligations with regards to rolling mills.? Developing, implement and monitor systems, procedure and practices for IMS and ensure quality requirements.? Ensure compliance to Safety, quality, Environment, IMS and other regulatory requirement.? Ensure the inventory records of Finished goods & Semi-finished products tally with physical stock.? Organise and manage human resources to ensure development of employees competence with high work morale and foster team work and discipline amongst employees and contractors.? Ensure methods, systems & practices for maximum yield from raw material, Semi finished & finished goods with focus on internal and external customers.? Coordinate amongst maintenance service providers for upkeep of equipment and accessories.Additional Duties and Responsibilities? Assist department head on special tasks.? Assist department head in managing contractors, including their safety and environment practices in the rolling mill sections and contractors, etc.?
