We are looking for Scheduling Engineer for UAE.Purpose and Scope:To provide Planning and Scheduling functions in all Disciplines and support the Maintenance Division for the 3 ADGAS LNG Trains on Das Island. All works to be planned in a cost effective manner in line with the Plant Maintenance Policy. Assists Senior and Lead Planning Engineers in preparation of work packages for the Turnaournd Ensure all work is carried out in safe manner to company standards, codes and practicesDuties Performed:? Should be well acquainted with planning Tools & Scheduling packages Primavera P6 and SAP for Major overhaul projects? Monitors and coordinates progress during the work execution and using computer facilities available (Primavera Planning System & SAP Maintenance System).? Assist Planning Engineers in preparation of work packages for Major overhaul and project work? Monitor Turnaround activities in respected areas of LNG & ASR Plant, co-ordinate and report progress to management during work execution on daily basis ??Be able to to dilver the follwing : o Scope Compilation & Area Distribution.o Preparation Planning Milestone Scedules & Tracking of the same.o Planning progress Monitoring & Reporting.o Cordination with Client Departments with respect to Planning & Documentation.o All Primavera Activities related to levelling & Report Generation. o Estimation & Optimization of Resources. Preparation of Execution Organograms.o WON Wise Man-hours Generation & Pivot Tables.o Compilation, Generation & Finalization Of Contributing man-hours.o Sub Contractors Scope development. o Preparation & Finalization of All Pre TA Reports & Formats. o All Plans for Area, Scaffolding & Hotbolting Finalization. o Data back Up and information provision.o Produce Gantt Charts & Plans.o Manpower/ Plant & Equipment Loading. o Contributing Man-Hours.o Inch Dia Calculation
