*Job DescriptionRestaurant managers areresponsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability ofrestaurants and for managing their employees.Key Accountabilities:To consistently deliver the Brand Experience in accordance with theBrands and Operating Standards ensuring customer satisfaction andprofitability.To ensure sound financialcontrol of the restaurant in accordance to set financial parameters bymanaging income and expenditure to ensure required return on investment.To ensure business growth through monitoring business performanceindicators (Sales: Year on Year & Actual vs. Budget; Gross Profit; TicketAverage; Customer Count; Menu mix; Day parts; Complaints;) daily, communicateresults to the management team and develop & manage an action plan topromote the improvementTo assist in developing the restaurant budget and ensure adherencetheretoTo verify all daily, monthly and annual reports & paperwork asrequired have been completed and submitted correctly.To ensure efficient stock control management for the restaurant.To monitor the internal and external audits of the restaurant,communicate results to the management team and develop & manage acorrective action plan to improve resultsTo maintain a clean and hygienic working environment always accordingto standardsTo act as the Health & Safety Representative for the restaurant andensure compliance to the relevant legislation.To develop and monitor rostering on a weekly basis to ensure enoughpeople capacity to meet the business requirementsTo ensure adherence to opening and closing proceduresTo ensure recruitment, induction and training of all new staffaccording to policies and procedures to proactively meet the needs of thebusiness.Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceEducationUndergraduate/Master s Degree.LanguageEnglish MandatoryArabic Beginner / intermediateJob Experience4years of experience.TechnologyBasicMS office, Excel skills and PPTOthersCustomer Service.People Skills.Professionalism.High Energy.
