To execute Quay Wall preparation and installation work within deadline and budget available. Ensure high quality, safety and environmental standards.? Focus on NMDC?s business priorities while meeting customer demands.Job Description: Description of activities and key responsibilities of the function? Able to read construction drawings and plans? Assist the Quay Wall Superintendent in the manpower distribution? Monitor actual operator/ equipment production for each type of work? Able to decide the right equipment for each type of work? Monitor actual machine hours and fuel consumption? Able to lead a team and produce good workmanship? Understand rock gradation and specification? Understand GPS positioning system? Understand Quay Wall requirement and specifications, survy, dive works and safe lifting procedures? Good backgorund in equipment management? Able to write daily progress report? Understand barge loading and off loading of blocks? Ability to determine forecast activities and plan accordingly? Able to determine future problem in an early stage ? Higher Diploma or Bachelor?s Degree &/or equivalent professional qualification? Certification / Membership: Additional certifications and affiliations in marine loading/off-loading would be beneficial? Minimum Secondary School Certificate? First aid certification?
