We are looking for QA/QC IN-CHARGE for UAE.Purpose and Scope:This Job Description describes the duties and responsibilities for QA/QC InchargeDimensions:Should be proficient in MS Office applications.Should be conversant with engineering documents such as P&ID and Isometric drawings.Should be competent with API/ASME/ANSI/TEMA standards.Duties Performed:? Ensure Turnaround planning and execution comply with ADGAS AIRMS (Asset Integrity Reliability Management System)? Develop and implement Turnaround Project Quality Plan, quality procedures and ITPs as per scope of work.? Ensure all Method statements and QC Check lists are developed and approved. ? Ensure all ITPs and QC check lists requirements are met through monitoring, surveillance, inspection and witnessing.? Review and endorse IFC work packs before approval by ADGAS? Conduct orientation training for the key project personnel on PQP and Project QMS.? Contribute to Task Risk Assessment (TRA) meeting on QA specialist issues ? Conduct regular QA/QC audits during the entire duration of turnaround.? Conduct daily meetings with QA-QC team during Turnaround execution.? Ensure non-conformances are captured and closed out and later documented in LLW (Lessons Learnt Workshop) for improvement.? Ensure that all welders are qualified in accordance to ADGAS applicable welding procedures (WPS) and ASME sec IX.? Monitors quality trends in NDT.? Maintain daily QA log? Ensures QA-QC team participate in ADGAS QA incentive scheme.? Prepare shutdown QA report upon completion of T/A
