We are looking for Purchaser/ Sourcing executive for UAE to provide administrative assistance and support to the Sales / Service team. This role would primarily engage in timely arranging the purchase of HVAC spare parts (Chiller Parts & General HVAC supplies) for the Maintenance of HVAC equipment. Duties and responsibilities:Research and evaluate suppliers.Negotiate and renegotiate prices/contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, etc.Create and send purchase orders.Monitor purchase through the delivery processEnsure continuity of supply, for timely completion of projects. Evaluate supplier performance.Manage distribution of material to the site. Ensure continuity of job at site by timely arrangement of material. Maintain Job wise documentation and cost allocation needed for invoicing. Prepare documentation for projects, work completion certification, DLP etc.Provide prices for spare parts required for estimation of job. Provide office support to operations & sales team.Collaborate with other departments.Any other reasonable tasks, as instructed by Management.
