We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Purchase and a Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities: --Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation-Coordinate with sales team to get stock requirements - Maintain and watch stock levels to make purchase orders for stocks as required. -Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand- Update stock reports and reports that are sent to key vendors- Communicate with suppliers and vendors on purchase orders, claims, shipments-Organize shipping of goods and track the shipments to ensure it meets required deadlines.- Create GRN and Purchase Invoices in system and ensure all VAT related documentation is filed. - Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness -Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
