We are looking for Oil Terminal & Operations ManagerJOB CONTENT Lead, direct and oversee Operational Excellence activities at Sunrise Group and provide leadership to direct and implement Operational Excellence, Project Management, Quality Safety Environment (QHSE) System and Facility Management System across the organization to continually improve performance, quality, safety and efficiency. Job Description: Lead, develop and implement Operations Support strategy in all areas of responsibility ensuring that it is in line with the Sunrise Groups? overall strategic direction. ? Budget preparation for terminal operation & maintenance ? Develop methodologies, frameworks, policies, and plans that support the culture of operational excellence and ensure this is aligned to regulatory compliance if any/applicable. ? Develop and implement strategies that assess gaps and potential risks against operational excellence objectives, identify future risks that could impact world-class performance and develop action plan to significantly mitigate risk areas. ? Team leading & people development skills. ? Ability to manage operations with budgetary constraints. ? Direct, manage optimize the daily operations of terminal in accordance with all relevant procedures and UAE legislation while delivering an impeccable HSSE performance. Responsible for all operational related matters. ? Erect finalize and maintain employers? procedures and instructions on the operational area. ? Together with Deputy General Manager, develop detail budget forecasts regarding operations and deliver against the budget. ? Prepare regular reports on a formal basis as required by the Deputy General Manager and be an open channel of communication on issues on both a formal and informal basis. ? As the designated incident leader, to be available to lead local response team to deal effectively with any minor and major incidents. ? Support smooth transition from construction to operations. ? Lead the development of QCAS operational strategy and change initiatives policies in line with the group?s strategy; establish quality systems and procedures in compliance to pre-established standards & ISO requirements covering all aspects of the business cycle. ? Manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Company-wide Environmental Health and Safety management and control system, facility management programs and risk minimization to ensure the security and safety of company property. ? Drive sustainability initiative for QHSE and oversee implementation of social audits (SEDEX) to drive improvements in ethical and responsible business practices.
