We are looking for Montessori TeacherThe Montessori Children?s Garden is a MAF accredited nursery in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are looking for a full-time enthusiastic Montessori-trained Teacher to join our international team of passionate early years educators. We are located on the island of Abu Dhabi and offer a stimulating environment to work and grow in, but most importantly the opportunity to help and support young children?s learning and development. The nursery welcomes children between 18 months and 4 years. The candidate would be responsible for:o Guiding children and working to develop them to their full potential using the Montessori method and philosophy. Planning for the children?s individual needs, ensuring their development is continuously monitored and create opportunities for children to progress at their own pace.o To follow, keep up to date and informed of local legislation in relation to early years education.o Becoming familiarised with the nursery?s policies and procedures and working within these.o Working in partnership with parents and forming secure and loving relationships with the children.
