Responsible to maintain Air Conditioning System such as Chillers,FAHU,FCU,AHU,VRF, Split AC, Ducted Splits ,Package units and other HVAC Systems.Hands on experience in trouble shooting and repair of HVAC units equipped with Microprocessor Control system, overhauling of reciprocating and screw type compressors, repair of condenser and evaporator units, air handling units, etc.Basic Knowledge of Plumbing & Electrical work related to Hvac Systems.Able to troubleshoot and correctly diagnose electrical, control and mechanical failures and problems.Repair, replace or calibrate controls, compressors , thermostats, switches, fuses and electrical wiringSkills and knowledge in Copper brazing and wire connection.Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for all HVAC equipment, incl change of filters and cleaning condensers and coilsRepair or replace defective parts in HVAC units or overhaul compressors to maximize compressor efficiencyComplete PPM and Reactive work orders safely and on time as scheduledFollows Occupational Health & Safety regulations.Minimum of 3 years GCC experience in the field of HVAC units in buildings and complexes.Candidate with Manual UAE Driving License is preferred.
