Your day to dayResponsible for the preventive maintenance, cleanliness and repair of all kitchen equipment in case of breakdown.Ensure that all kitchen equipment are properly maintained and service to upkeep all equipment and to avoid breakdown.Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests' and colleagues' health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment. Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures.What we need from youIdeally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years experience in Kitchen Technician role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry.
