We are looking for an IT SUPPORT to work with our company, only the candidate who can join immediately or after two weeks, and already have UAE?s Experience can apply.Job Description: Responsible for installing, maintaining, and managing Proxy Server, MS Exchange server, DataBase Server, ISA Server, specifying Network software/hardware and other network configuration / Troubleshooting duties. The network has 36 local users, plus 32 Remote users that connect via frame-relay WAN network.? Carried out various desktop troubleshooting for solving end-user?s problems. Managing & controlling user's accounts accessing the systems & setup , enroll all users in biometric attendance machine and its setup and updates? Configuring Hardware Profiles, Remote Desktop, Remote Assistant & Remote Administration, Software Installation through Group Policy? Setting up of workstation (Windows2000 Professional, Windows XP Professional, and Windows Vista, Windows 7,& Windows10)? Establishing of the Internal Mailing System using Proxy, Exchange Server & Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA).? Hardware and Software installation Windows Xp,7,8, Professional/Home Edition. Building up of the Network ?LAN & WAN? & Control users in Network use? Helping & training users in applications of the established systems and in general computer usage.? Set up new computer equipment including network printers, configureto network, and ensure the proper installation of all software required. Responsible to ensure all the PC/Laptop on the network has the updated patches of Antivirus, windows and other software, assigning disk quota, simple and advance sharing, common & hidden shares, drive mapping? I helped in analyzing and implementing the following systems:? E-HR Management System ? E-Payroll System? Accounting System? Oracle? Peachtree for AccountingThe above systems were designed using Oracle 10g. Reports were generated using Oracle 10g Report.? Responsible for installing, maintaining, and managing Proxy Server, MS Exchange server, Data Base Server, specifying Network software / hardware and other network configuration / Troubleshooting duties
