Reporting to: IT Head Arada are looking for a motivated, efficient and hard-working Project Manager to join their growing IT team. The ideal individual will be self-motivated, disciplined and confident with a good business acumen. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing International Masterplan Developer based in the UAE which prides itself on creating destinations for modern communities. Qualifications, Experiences, Skills:1) Proven working experience (3 years minimum) as IT project manager, preferably in Real Estate organization. 2) Certified Agile Project Management.3) Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods4) Experience with Enterprise project management tools & suites5) Experience in setting up & implement policies & procedures6) Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills7) Excellent English written and verbal communication skills8) Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills9) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office10) Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II Practitioner certification11) Bachelor?s degree minimum either in IT or equivalent work experience 12) Use to working in large organisation with multiple departments & projects13) Understanding of ERP & CRM systems as well as other Backoffice Processes14) Arabic Language skills beneficial.Key Accountabilities:1) Develop project plans, goals and budgets identifying resources needed2) Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects3) Ensure that all projects assigned are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget4) Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility5) Ensure resource availability and allocation6) Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress7) Effectively communicate project status updates to all stakeholders.8) Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques9) Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques10) Manage the relationship with stakeholders. 11) Perform risk management to minimize project risks12) Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation13) Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
