ROLE PURPOSE: To support Group Information Security Department. To review, assess, and validate IS control implementation. To help in preparing the required reports and MIS for top management and/or regulatory external parties as required. KEY Accountabilities of the Role Support information security compliance assessments, audits, gap analyses, and remediation. ? Assist to ensure CB, NESA, PCI DSS, SWIFT and any other compliance requirements are implemented and reported. ? Assist in performing detailed research of implemented security control configurations on enterprise platforms to identify security gaps, validating that a gap exists, and completing documentation on the gap with appropriate corrective actions identified. ? Ensure that the security controls are implemented and functioning effectively in alignment with internal policies, procedures, design and for effectiveness. ? Assist in conducting external/internal penetration testing/vulnerability assessment, oversee the code reviews and ongoing application security assessments by IT Team. ? Collect and compile policy exception, access requirements, process enhancements etc. ? Participate in the Information Security Programs and Projects from compliance and assurance perspective ? Maintain the Service/Process/asset inventory libraries ? Execute regular assurance activities and conduct risk assessment for new projects, changes, external services etc. ? Conducting post implementation (projects, changes) risk reviews. ? Collecting, compiling and reporting threat intelligence ? Coordinate with different internal control departments for aligning Information security risks and processes. ORM, Compliance, Internal Audit, HR are some of the key interfaces.
