We are looking for HSE Coordinator Site for UAE.JOB PURPOSE:To assist in correct implementation of the HSE plan, contribute to and support project team?s efforts, analyze HSE activities, practices, procedures and standards at site under the guidance / directions of concerned entities and HSE policies, ensure proper recording / reporting of HSE activities and highlight apprehensive areas in order to take necessary actions for accomplishing HSE objectivesKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Description :-Coordinating Field Activities:? Responsible to coordinate HSE field activities at site to ensure healthy working environment as per the HSE specificationsProper Application of HSE Site Plan and Procedures:? Coordinate with site personnel for application of HSE plan and safety procedures with respect to project specification and client?s HSE standards to ensure maximum compliance to HSE requirementsUpdating / Amending HSE Documents:? Bring into the line HSE Procedures, Method Statements, SOP?s etc to ensure that required changes or amendments are made in light of the actual situation of the project to take appropriate actions Cost Management:? Put a figure on requirements and provide suggestions for HSE activities with significant cost impact to alleviate accordingly with revised cost-impact HSE Programs Improvements? Responsible to confer and match up HSE priority issues with I/C HSE (Site) for further improvement of system and procedures at sitePolicies & Procedures:? Recommend improvements to HSE system and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of HSE activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality service to clients and employeesTaking the Ownership of Company QHSE Policy:? Accountable to create a safe working environment, manage risks, reduce exposure to hazardous liability and ensure implementation of QHSE policy? Comply with all QA/QC standards (DIMS documents) as applicable to the company systems, policies, procedures, and documents in order to deliver the expected quality of work.Key Performance Indicators :-? Field activities done as per HSE specifications ? Application of HSE site plan? Changes/up-gradations made? Cost-effectiveness ? Improvements suggested ?
