We are looking for HHT and Route AdministratorTake full supervisory control on HHT and Route optimization projects. This includes hardware and software systems of HHT, integration, internal communication with the users, external communication with the suppliers, training, trouble shooting, upload and download of the procedures, backups and also code writing form front end and backend of the software solutionShould have minimum 3 years hands on experience on handling Van Sales Systems. (Mandatory)- Being responsible for the overall HHT projects and integrations pertaining to van sales including Route optimization- Establishing a communication network with other departments, suppliers and finance team- Maintaining and following up with relative vendors- Ensuring Database Administration on MS SQL- Resolve day to day activities pertaining to sales; Driver Over and Short research and resolution- Providing training and direction to sales team on HHT usage- Maintain updated customer database with complete geocodes and address details- Handle Business records and administrative standards to include Inventory of Devices, stationary- Administer pricing & promotional activities in HHT System- Keep the application system up to date and recommend system enhancements and add-ons- Meet Department SLA for Application and Delivery Service- Should have in depth knowledge of Route planning and optimization. (Mandatory)- In depth knowledge of sales operations in FMCG environment. (Mandatory)
