International 4 star hotel is seeking experienced Head Chef reporting to the General Manager and responsible to provide the highest food quality consistent cost control and HACCP standards in all day dining operation.Requirements:Specialized in international cuisine is mandatory, Indian cuisine is an added advantage.Minimum 3 years experience in a 5 star or 4 stars Hotel.Should be able to provide direction for day-to-day operations in the kitchen, leading a team to higher results & guest satisfaction.Innovative menu engineering.Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.Strong English language skills (written & spoken).
